  • We want you to enjoy your iems as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

  • We are located in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
  • After your order has been processed, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!
  • (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

 

  • Defective Product?
  • If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Thunder Labs will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
